Yes, we eat. Snake is a popular food in Cambodia also. Last 5 years ago snake very expensive due we export to Thailand and Vietnam. At least 1kg = $3 ( i remember). For foods, Sngor Chhrok very testy food. Remove the skin snake, by put in hot water. After clean very good. Cute 0.5cm and keep until the water boiling hot. Fried rice with cooking oil until smell good and put in boiling water with garlic and lemongrass. After 10 minute put snake in boiling water about 30 minutes after put lemon and salt and soup powder and add a little bit sugar and more herb. Very testy.

Salty crab also a popular food in Cambodia, they buy or catching crab and cleaning up. After boil a salt water and keep in cold after put the crab into the salt water. Keep about few day, after can eat. Take crab and some salt water and breaking the crab and mixed with sugar, garlic, chili and lemon juice and more Khmer herb and mix together keep 5 minutes. After with a hot rice, wow wow testy....

Cambodian most of people like mchou, green mango, guava, June plum, santol, egg fruit, jujube, green tamarind, otaheite goosebery, wood apple, noni, and also gold apple. These is all kind mchou. Mostly they eat with Grind salt, kapi, brohok they make very spicy but very testy foods. Come and test with us if you visit Cambodia.

Cambodian country side life, 10 years ago the villager people they went to finishing for their foods in a small lack or rivers. They are catching fish in raining season and kept for eat a whole years. In the picture, fish grill with rice straw with Grind salt (spicy) very testy.
