Eat snake?

Yes, we eat. Snake is a popular food in Cambodia also. Last 5 years ago snake very expensive due we export to Thailand and Vietnam. At least 1kg = $3 ( i remember). For foods, Sngor Chhrok very testy food. 

Remove the skin snake, by put in hot water. After clean very good. Cute 0.5cm and keep until the water boiling hot. Fried rice with cooking oil until smell good and put in boiling water with garlic and lemongrass. After 10 minute put snake in boiling water about 30 minutes after put lemon and salt and soup powder and add a little bit sugar and more herb. Very testy.
